Drop by Job Carr Cabin Museum for their monthly Craft Saturday event. Activities are designed for children ages 3-9 and their families. On Nov. 18, 1 p.m., learn all about weaving. The Gingerbread Workshop on Nov. 19 from noon to 3 p.m. is the Sons of Norway’s fifth annual edition of the event. Come one, come all and bring your kids or grandkids to this kid-friendly event and enjoy the fun of creating a gingerbread house for the holidays. The workshop takes place at Norden Lodge #2 at 1106 S. 15th St. The cost is $15 per house. All you need is decorating candies and a tray or something to build it on.
