The Tacoma Stars are days away from the 2019-20 MASL season opener and continue to bolster their lineup with veterans as they have re-signed forward Vince McCluskey. Per league and team policies, terms of the agreement were not released.
McCluskey, a Seattle native and University of Puget Sound alumnus, was one of four Stars to appear in all 24 regular season games last season. He finished the campaign with 10 points (7G-3A). He added a goal in two games during the Stars opening round playoff series with the San Diego Sockers.
Since the 2014-15 season, McCluskey has played in 81 games for the Stars with 31 points to show for his efforts (21G-10A). As a senior at UPS McCluskey was named to the All-NWC and First Team All-West Region by the NSCAA.
