CAPTURED: Tacoma Police say a suspect in the shooting death of JBLM soldier Da’Quan Foster was arrested and taken into custordy on Nov. 2.

A night out in Tacoma for a 22-year-old JBLM soldier and his wife turned deadly last weekend and now detectives are asking for the public’s help to solve the case.

Tacoma Police say Da’Quan Foster and his wife were leaving the Latitude 84 nightclub in the 8400 block of South Hosmer Street at 1:40 a.m. Sunday morning when there was an exchange of words with an unidentified suspect.

“The two women and two men who were with Private First Class Foster said, ‘Let’s go. Let’s just leave,’ and they disengaged and were walking away when they were fired at,” said Tacoma Police Officer Loretta Cool. Foster was struck multiple times and later died at a hospital. His wife was also shot but survived. Foster, who has a young child, was originally from New York.

This is one of the cases being featured this weekend on “Washington’s Most Wanted” airing at 10 p.m. on JOEtv and midnight on Q13 FOX.
