Vicious Kitty Band Performance and Movie Premiere
September 1 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm$10
One of the most exciting new bands in a long time–please welcome Vicious Kitty!
This lively rock trio has a movie coming out: the premiere of Big Blue: A Fishy Tale will be on September 1 at 7 PM at the Chalet Theatre · Enumclaw, Washington.
[See coverage on the front page of Wednesday’s Enumclaw Courier-Herald (8/22: https://www.courierherald.com/print-editions/?iid=i20180820163217623).]
The band: Matthew Aird A.K.A. Matt Tantrum (guitar), Jimmy Saint Bitchin (drums), and Tony Terlicker (bass) have played with or opened for Guns ‘n Roses, Alice in Chains, Night Ranger, Van Halen, and other rock gods. They put on an exciting show of original tunes that unites the energy of rock, punk, and power pop. They also have many wild stories to tell about Seattle’s music scene.
The premiere of Big Blue will feature a live performance by the band afterward, including songs from the film. This comic film features the acting talents of guitarist and co-screenwriter Matt Aird. A madcap fish tale, it is rated PG. Filmed and co-written by Kris Hallesy, a graduate of Washington State University’s film program, it is fun for all ages. Tickets are $10 and attendees might have a chance to play a cameo role in a rockumentary being filmed on site.
