This is a 2 hour workshop for those living with diseases and inflammation such as heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, Diabetes, Lupus, Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues. 85% of all disease is nutrition related and can be cured through proper nutrition. Come learn what a whole food diet looks like, the importance of each of the food groups, why grains and fats are important, label reading and understanding nutritional content.
