At this critical time in our culture, women across the US are confronting the issue of sexual harassment and assault on college campuses as never before. Meaningful Movies Tacoma screens the 2016 Academy Award nominated film “The Hunting Ground” to Tacoma/Pierce County audiences. This film is timely and compels communities to find solutions to protect vulnerable men and women. Public invited for FREE. Film followed by presentation and discussion with the audience led by YWCA Pierce County’s Ex Dir, Miriam Barnett and UWT’s Carolyn West, Assoc. Professor of Psychology.
