Walk to End Alzheimer’s to hold kickoff breakfast

The Washington chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association is hosting a breakfast event at the University of Puget Sound at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 19 at University of Puget Sound’s Rasmussen Rotunda to present information about the up-coming “Walk to End Alzheimer’s.”
The two-mile walk is planned for Sept. 16 at UPS and has a goal of raising $185,000.
So far, 307 individuals and 101 teams have already raised $66,000.
All funds raised through the event further the care, support and research efforts of the nonprofit Alzheimer’s Association and are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
