Please note the anticipated event-related road closures expected around Tacoma through Sunday, May 5:
- On Saturday, May 4, the Matador Cinco de Mayo event will close South 8th Street, between Pacific Avenue and Court A from 8 a.m. to Monday, May 6, at 2 a.m.
- On Sunday, May 5, the Tacoma City Marathon event will have rolling road and lane closures on various streets throughout the city including Ruston Way, Schuster Parkway, Dock Street, East D Street, North Narrows Drive, North Vassault Street, and North 51st Street from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Beginning Thursday, May 2, the Broadway Farmers Market closes Broadway from South 9th to South 11th streets every Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- The Proctor Farmers Market closes North 27th from North Proctor to North Madison streets every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
