FALL NATIVE PLANT SALE
The Tacoma Nature Center (1919 S. Tyler St.) is holding its Fall Native Plant Sale on Oct. 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Landscape your yard with plants that are native to our area. Planting native plants ensures the conservation of our precious water resources and provides habitat for local birds, mammals and insects. Native plants require less water and care than other plants. A list of available plants will be posted on the website. Come early for best selection. Info: (253) 591-6439 or TacomaNatureCenter.com.
