Bellingham’s Yogoman Burning Band has triumphantly returned with their second album titled “City of Subdued Excitement.” The album is an upbeat blend of ska, reggae, and alternative rock dance hits, led by lead vocalist Jordan Rain (a.k.a. “Yogoman”).
